Very tasty soft serve and taiyaki! We ordered two #3’s (recommended for more ice cream and less mess than #2). Both with ube and one chocolate taiyaki and one red bean taiyaki. The taiyaki was so tasty, soft, warm and chewy with a bit of crispy on the outside, especially loved the red bean filling. The soft serve was also delicious, ube had a very subtle sweetness. They also allow samples, the Thai tea and milk were great too. Vibe is trendy and cute, yet authentic and simple. They have games in the corner and lots of room to sit. You can watch them make the taiyaki fresh. Employees were kind.

Had to stop by and give this a try. Similar to Somi Somi if youre familiar with that place. Less filling in the fish. Bigger ice cream portion. Interesting flavors. We tried the strawberry and the pink guava/thai tea swirl. Not too sweet. Would be nice if their hours were a little more extended as I once wanted to stop by but it was already closed. Would come back again since there isnt anything else like it up here in the area! :-)

My little family & I are from Vacaville & were in the area when we found Kem Kem! The first thing you notice when you walk in is how immaculately clean the shop is. It’s clear the family takes immense pride in their business. The owner is incredibly kind & welcoming. You can really feel the "family-owned" warmth here. They treat every customer like a guest in their own home rather than just another transaction. It’s that level of care that keeps people coming back. The Soft Serve is easily some of the most flavorful soft serve I’ve ever had. The texture is perfectly smooth & creamy, with flavors that taste authentic rather than artificial. The Taiyaki, you cannot leave without trying the taiyaki! It’s served warm with a delightful crisp on the outside & a soft, chewy interior. It pairs perfectly with the cold soft serve for that ultimate hot-meets-cold experience. 10/10. Definitely support this local business if you’re ever in the area.

Absolutely delicious and such a fun spot! The people here are genuinely amazing—super friendly, smiling, and they make you feel welcome right away. But the real star? The soft serve ice cream is straight out of this world! Creamy, flavorful, and the swirls are perfect. I tried the matcha and ube options and they were both incredible. The taiyaki (those cute fish-shaped waffles) looked amazing too, and the toppings station is a dream with all the fun choices. Everything feels fresh and high-quality. If you're in the Sacramento area, this place is a must-visit for anyone who loves unique desserts.

Great customer service , clean store, and delicious food! We had something similar to this shops dessert before and would drive out 20-30 minutes just for it when we crave it. This shop hits the taiyaki and soft serve craving! Cookies were also delicious! Not to mention it’s literally a 3-5 minute drive! Grateful to have such a great desert shop in the Citrus Height’s / Roseville area! We will definitely be coming back !
